Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Synesis collects when you visit synesissystem.com or contact us through it, how that information is used, and the choices and rights you have.
Who is responsible for your information
Synesis operates this website and decides how and why your personal information is processed (the “data controller”). Synesis is currently operated as an independent business and is not yet incorporated as a company. This page will be updated with company registration details once incorporation is complete.
The business is operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question about this policy or your personal information, contact us at sales@synesissystem.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you book a demo, this happens through our scheduling tool, Cal.com. Cal.com collects the name and email address you provide, the time you choose, and anything you add in the notes. We use this only to hold the meeting and to follow up about it.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to keep the site secure and running. If you accept analytics cookies (see below), Google Analytics also records how you use the site — pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and actions such as using the estimate calculator or opening a FAQ.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, special categories of data such as health, political or biometric information.
Cookies and analytics
By default the site sets no non-essential cookies. When analytics is enabled, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Nothing loads from Google and no analytics cookies are set unless you choose “Accept”. If you decline, or ignore the banner, the site works exactly the same.
If you accept, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (typically named _ga and _ga_<id>) that let us count visitors and see which pages and features are useful. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which brings the banner back.
Why we use your information, and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo — because you asked us to, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To keep the site secure and available — our legitimate interest in protecting the website and its visitors.
- Analytics — only with your consent.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site, and only as needed:
- Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
- Cal.com — scheduling: manages the demo booking calendar and sends the calendar invite, confirmations and reminders.
- Google Analytics — website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
These providers may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the transfer safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you contact us again, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider. Analytics data is retained according to the period set in Google Analytics, which is no more than 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing;
- ask us to transfer your information to another provider;
- withdraw consent for analytics at any time.
To exercise any of these, email sales@synesissystem.com. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area and believe we have not handled your information properly, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you may exercise the rights above and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
