These Terms govern your use of synesissystem.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Synesis

Synesis is currently operated as an independent business and is not yet incorporated as a company. This page will be updated with company registration details once incorporation is complete. The business is operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at sales@synesissystem.com.

What the Site is

The Site presents information about Synesis’s services — conversion-focused websites and an AI-powered customer communication system (“Syna”). It lets you read about those services, estimate potential value with a calculator, and request a demo or consultation.

The Site is for information only. Nothing on it is an offer or a binding quote. Any work Synesis does for you is covered by a separate written agreement setting out scope, price and timeline, agreed before work begins.

Estimates and results

The calculator on the Site produces a rough estimate from the numbers you enter. It is an illustration, not a prediction or a promise. Synesis does not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic, lead volume or business outcomes — these depend on many factors outside our control.

Using the Site

You agree not to:

use the Site in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others;
try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or connected systems;
interfere with how the Site works, for example by overloading it or introducing malicious code;
copy, scrape or reuse substantial parts of the Site’s content without permission.

When you submit the demo form, you confirm the contact details you provide are yours or that you are permitted to use them, and you agree we may contact you about your enquiry. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, graphics and code belong to Synesis or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it, but you may not reproduce or reuse its content for your own purposes without our written permission. Third-party names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Synesis makes no warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Synesis will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute relating to the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
